After a short period in the marketing and sales department of HP in Italy, has worked for 14 years in McKinsey and company: elected partner in 1996, has served clients in utility, telecommunication and industrial sectors in Italy, US, Israel and Gulf states. From 2003 to 2005 has been CEO of GRTN, the state-owned company in charge of development and management of the electricity high-voltage grid in Italy. From 2005 to September 2007 has been director of operations of Terna S.p.A.. |

Alberto Scandroglio – Chief Financial Officer Born at Lodi, November 13th, 1957; “Bocconi” University of Milan: laurea degree, major – business administration. Initially trained in Credit Analysis and acting as Account Officer at Chase (1982-85), he then worked in the Treasury department (syndications and hedging products) at Citi (1985-88). He then developed a major Corporate Finance experience in both Private Equity projects and M&A deals at Citi (1989-95), Sopaf (1995-96), Efibanca (1996-97), Interbanca (1997-2001), Lazard (2001-05) and I2Capital (2005-07). |
