ErgyCapital’s business model is based on integration among power generation, services, products and green technologies and is aimed at three goals:
- Develop synergies among portfolio companies
seeking cost optimization and increasing opportunities for
partnership agreements with companies in industrial and services
sectors, in order to develop “green” business potential
associated to the operations of ErgyCapital’s partners.
- Portfolio efficiency, by diversifying
investments in various energy sources in order to mitigate
technology and regulatory risks as well as balancing the risk of
shifts of profitability across segments in the value chain.
- Cash flow harmonization, combining investments with diverse cash flow profiles and therefore optimizing overall risk-return profile for ErgyCapital’s investors.
