Vincenzo Cannatelli President Born in Gerocarne (VV), October 15th, 1952; University of Rome, laurea degree, major: mechanical engineering, developed his management experience in Italy and abroad. His career started in Stet and Elsag Bailey; he then moved to Enel where he held relevant positions with operational responsibilities, until he became COO of Network and Infrastructure and Market Divisions. From April 15th, 2006 is a member of the board of KME Group and has been CEO from May 19th, 2006 to March 31st 2007. He is currently chairman of Aledia and CEO of Ferretti Group. |

Diva Moriani Vice President Born in Arezzo, October 18th, 1968; University of Florence, laurea degree, major – economics. From 1997 to 2007 has been working in Intek spa, the listed company holding the majority of shares in KME Group, where she is Vice-Chairperson of the Board, in charge of investments and extraordinary operations. She is a member of the board in iNTEk, where she is Vice-Chairperson from June 2007, and I2Capital. She is currently a manager and director of APEI SGR, the management company of the investment fund in iNTEk focused on special situations. |

After a short period in the marketing and sales department of HP in Italy, has worked for 14 years in McKinsey and company: elected partner in 1996, has served clients in utility, telecommunication and industrial sectors in Italy, US, Israel and Gulf states. From 2003 to 2005 has been CEO of GRTN, the state-owned company in charge of development and management of the electricity high-voltage grid in Italy. From 2005 to September 2007 has been director of operations of Terna S.p.A.. |

Michele Candotti Director Born in Pordenone, June 12th, 1959; Cattolica university, Milan: laurea degree, major - agricultural sciences. Has developed a major experience in the fields of cooperation with developing countries and environment protection. From 1984 to 1986, he started his activity in the regional research centre in Udine. From 1988 to 1991 has been coordinator for the European Commission of programmes for Zambia and Kenya. From 2000 to 2001 Director and from 2002 to present General Secretary of WWF in Italy. |

Started his career as Investment Officer in the Venture capital division of Citicorp in Milan and New York. From 1998 to 1993 has been Founding Partner and managing director of Europa Investimenti, a private equity fund.From 1994 to present, is shareholder, Chairman and Chief Executive of iNTEk. He is also Executive Vice-chairman of KME Group, an industrial group leader in Europe in copper processing, with production plants in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, UK and China. He is also Chairman of I2 capital and Vice-Chairman of Apei SGR. Chaiman of Fondazione Dynamo-motore di solidarietà, first fund in Italy for Venture Philantropy and member of National Council and Programme Commission of WWF. |

Enrico Testa Director Born in Bergamo, January 5th, 1952; Milan University: laurea degree, major philosophy. From 1980 to 1987 National Secretary and afterwards National Chairman of Legambiente. From 1994 to 1996 has been Chairman of ACEA, the municipal company for electricity and water distribution in Rome. From 1996 to 2002 – Chairman of Enel spa and member of the board in Wind S.p.A., telecommunication company partially owned by Enel. Has been teaching in the management school of LUISS in Rome and the universities in Macerata and Naples. He is currently Chairman of Roma Metropolitane and member of the Board of Rothschild in Italy. He is Director of Lloyd Adriatico and RAS. He is also Chairman of the Board in EVA - Energie Valsabbia, a company developiung and building hydroelectric power plants. |
